Working Student Business Operations
About the role
You will work directly with our Operations team and Founders, touching every part of the customer journey: from the first point of contact to long-term success. You will also play a key role in preparing us for conferences, driving our marketing initiatives, and building the automation layer that makes all of this scale. This is a hands-on, generalist role with real ownership from day one.
What you will do
Customer Onboarding & Success
Serve as a first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, CRM, and other channels and coordinate milestones in our CRM
Triage, document, and resolve support tickets in collaboration with our tech team
Guide new customers through onboarding workflows, ensuring a smooth and confident first experience and improve where necessary
Identify patterns in customer feedback and relay insights to the tech team
Events, Conferences & Marketing
Own logistics for our conference and trade show presence including promotional materials
Manage pre- and post-event communications with prospects and partners
Support the creation and distribution of newsletters and social media content
Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and prepare concise reports
What we are looking for
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (Business, Communication, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or similar)
Excellent written and spoken English
Highly organised, structured, and reliable
Interest and affinity automation and AI
Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new software
